Ask your care team… ↑

The app

Five tabs cover the routine.

Members open the app to get one thing done. Each tab holds one kind of thing.

  1. 01

    Home

A greeting, then shortcuts to message you, book a visit, request a refill, or pay a bill. Below that, the next visit and what needs attention: unread conversations, a balance due, a visit to confirm, to-dos from the care team, and refills in review.

  2. 02

    Visits

Upcoming and past visits. Members book, reschedule, or cancel the visit types you open to them, in person, by video, by phone, or at home.

  3. 03

    Messages

Every conversation, by topic, with its status and the person on your team who owns it.

  4. 04

    Health

Their chart, their allergies, and their records: to-dos from the care team, documents you have released, and medication guides.

  5. 05

    Account

Profile, billing and membership, notification settings, and how to reach you: phone, email, address, and website.

Messages

Every request has an owner and a time.

Members pick a topic when they write: a refill, a visit, a billing question. Each topic has its own owner on your team and its own response window, so a billing question never lands in a clinical thread.

Every request shows who owns it, when to expect a reply, and what happened. Members attach photos or PDFs, up to five per message, and can react with a thumbs-up instead of writing a reply that needs a reply. Forms you send arrive in the same thread.

Messages go to people. Patient chat is a separate, optional assistant: it tells members it is AI, and it never sends anything to your team for them.

Medications
The current list, with refill requests from the same screen. Members pick the medication and confirm the pharmacy. Approval stays with the clinician.
Allergies
Allergies and drug intolerances, shown on the Health tab.
Conditions
The problems on their chart, as your chart records them.
Lab results
Results with flags, so the ones worth a question stand out.
Vitals and trends
Recent readings, and how they have changed over time.
Immunizations
What they have had and when, without calling to ask.
Visit notes you share
Only the notes you choose to share. Scribe notes are for the care team and never appear.
To-dos from the care team
Assign a to-do and the member checks it off in the app. You see when it is done.
Documents you release
Release a specific version to a member and revoke it later. They can start a conversation about it with your team.

Medication guides

A guide for each prescription, reviewed by a clinician.

A clinician picks the official label for a prescription, adds their own context, and gets a plain-language draft in English or Spanish at the reading level they choose. They edit it and publish it. Members only ever see what a clinician approved.

The guide sits next to the medication in the member's app, with the clinician's name and the date they approved it, and each section names the label it came from. The member's directions are shown exactly as prescribed, never reworded.

If the prescription changes, the old guide is hidden. A new one appears only after a clinician reviews it against the current prescription.

Published as yours

Your developer accounts. Your name. Your domain.

Each practice gets a separate app in the App Store and Google Play, published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, with your name, icon, and listing. Your owner authorizes our publishing access and can revoke it. Signing keys are encrypted and never shown.

Members who prefer a browser use your web portal on your domain, with the same requests, appointments, chart, forms, and membership. Copy, colors, and enabled features ship as configuration, so most changes reach members without a store resubmission.

Push notifications arrive from your app and name your practice. Email arrives under your practice's name. Practice Portal does not appear.
